Macrobond Financial, an international analytical company, will move to the Oxygen office building near Aleja Wyzwolenia in Szczecin. The company will occupy 680 sqm to start but is hoping to expand to 1,700 sqm by 2020. Oxygen is a high-quality, seven-floor office building that features more than 13,000 sqm of modern space. The building offers a number of amenities, including a Medicover clinic, café, restaurant, press kiosk and a bank. The building has one level of underground parking, with 181 spots. The leasing process was supported by Echo Investment, the developer of the property.
