Dockerty Romer & Co. have arranged permanent mortgage financing of $30.25 million for a partnership between Madison Capital and a global real estate investment manager. The collateral, 2000 Collins Avenue, is a 6 story mixed use parking structure spanning almost an entire city block and contains approximately 40,000 sqf of “high-street” retail. The asset is 3 miles east of Interstate 95 at the base of The Boulan Hotel and offers quick access to Interstate 195. Dockerty Romer & Co. arranged the financing through Wells Fargo with a 5-year, floating-rate interest only loan.
