In one of the largest office real estate transactions in Poland in recent years, Madison International Real Estate Liquidity Fund VI LP has acquired a 50-percent stake in Warsaw Spire, becoming an equal owner alongside the Ghelamco GP12 fund. The office tower, the tallest building in Central Europe, is valued at ā¬350m. āWarsaw Spire is a building which has become an icon of the dynamically growing Polish real estate market. It brought new a standard and quality, at the same time being an example of a spectacular commercial success.
