The borrower, Bradley Deckelbaum of Premier Developers, bought the site for the development in 2014 for $1.8 million. The 100-unit project at 1180 North Federal Highway is currently under construction and is 65 percent complete. The building, which will have a 400-foot-long landscaped river walk, will also feature a water taxi, water sports center with a private dock, and a spa. Each unit will come with its own boat dock with unit prices ranging from the $700,000s to more than $3 million.
