Maersk Polska chooses 3T Office Park as the location of the Polish branch in the Tri-City. In November 2021, the Danish company will occupy 1,244 sqm on the 7th floor in tower A.
Our contract with Maersk Polska is a confirmation that Gdynia plays a key role in transport and logistics, and for companies with Scandinavian roots, it is even a natural environment for running and developing business. Among our tenants is Wartsila Polska, a branch of the Finnish representative of the maritime industry and oil and gas installations – comments Sergiusz Gniadecki, investor of the office building, president of the management board of 3T Office Park.
Maersk Polska is part of the Danish concern A.P. Moller – Maersk. It is an important player in the transport and logistics industry, although it is not limited to these branches of activity. It is one of the largest container operators. Among the 250 largest container ships in the world, 54 sail for one shipowner, Maersk.
Among the offices we took into account, 3T Office Park stood out with the most attractive location in terms of communication and functionality, as well as the highest standard of the building. The combination of these two features is very important to us in the context of the comfort of our employees’ work, says Justyna Barycza, Country Representative at Maersk Polska.
