Małgorzata Frąckiewicz joined Cushman & Wakefield’s landlord representation team as property marketing manager. She will be responsible for marketing strategies and communication for office property owners. Frąckiewicz has more than 14 years of experience with international and local developers and investment funds. She joined Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency in 2010. She previously served as marketing coordinator at GTC S.A., where she was responsible for implementing marketing strategies for office buildings in the CEE region. At Cushman & Wakefield, she developed and launched her own line of comprehensive property marketing services for office property owners. She provides strategic marketing consultancy, develops and implements integrated strategies for office buildings, including branding and rebranding, new technologies, visual identity, print materials, digital marketing, social media, PR and event marketing.
