Echo Investment’s Malta Office Park in Poznan obtained two BREEAM In-Use certificates, both of which at the ‘Very good’ rating. In the Asset certificate process, the building’s energy efficiency, use of materials and accessibility to transportation is evaluated, the building achieved a score of 62.11. On the Building Management (which considers the management system, tenant relations and waste management regime) the park scored 61.25. Echo Investment’s portfolio includes 23 buildings which hold BREEAM certificates.
