Moishe Mana has increased his holding at 100 East Flagler Street in downtown Miami. The investor paid $4.75m for office space located on the buildingās 2nd, 3rd, 8th and 9th floors, totaling 25,624 sq ft. In late 2016, he paid $1.7m for the two-story penthouse at the office building. Colliers International South Florida represented Mana.
āThis acquisition fits perfectly with Moishe Manaās vision to revitalize downtown Miami,ā said Mika Mattingly of Colliers. āHe already owns the building next door and three other buildings on the same block, so this purchase is the final execution of his master plan. This $4.75m deal adds to the $5.2bn that domestic and foreign investors have already invested in the heart of downtown Miami since 2014, when Moishe Mana discovered the area and began to assemble properties.ā Mana has spent more than $270m on real estate in the Flagler Street area. He has also assembled 40 acres in the Wynwood arts district where he plans to build the Mana Wynwood Americas-Asia Trade Center & International Financial Center.
