Mana increases Miami office portfolio in $4.75m deal

28 March 2018

Moishe Mana has increased his holding at 100 East Flagler Street in downtown Miami. The investor paid $4.75m for office space located on the building’s 2nd, 3rd, 8th and 9th floors, totaling 25,624 sq ft. In late 2016, he paid $1.7m for the two-story penthouse at the office building. Colliers International South Florida represented Mana.

ā€œThis acquisition fits perfectly with Moishe Mana’s vision to revitalize downtown Miami,ā€ said Mika Mattingly of Colliers. ā€œHe already owns the building next door and three other buildings on the same block, so this purchase is the final execution of his master plan. This $4.75m deal adds to the $5.2bn that domestic and foreign investors have already invested in the heart of downtown Miami since 2014, when Moishe Mana discovered the area and began to assemble properties.ā€ Mana has spent more than $270m on real estate in the Flagler Street area. He has also assembled 40 acres in the Wynwood arts district where he plans to build the Mana Wynwood Americas-Asia Trade Center & International Financial Center.
