Private investment firm Manning & Napier renewed its lease at the Morgan Stanley Tower in downtown St. Petersburg. The company will retain its 10,438 square feet of office space on the ninth floor. The building owners, Feldman Equities, Tower Realty Partners and Second City Capital Partners, are currently investing $3 million to renovate the building, which is located at 150 Second Ave. Jimmy Ullrich and John Heald, vice presidents at JLL, represented Manning & Napier.
