Thus, in September, the investor received the urbanism certificate for the land in Barbu Văcărescu, where he wants to build five blocks of 14 and 28 floors, respectively.
Also, the businessman obtained the urbanism certificate for the land of the former Antrefrig factory, also from sector 2, where he wants to build a residential complex, but also commercial spaces, a clinic and a hotel.
