Manor at Flagler Village sells for $148.88m

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, a college retirement equity fund, purchased the Manor at Flagler Village apartment and mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale for $148.88 million. The 382-unit complex was built in 2014 and is located at 501 N. Federal Highway. The one- and two-bedroom apartments range from 763 to 1,538 square feet. The property also features 22,476 square feet of street-level retail. The seller, Miami-based Related Group, bought the 5.3-acre site in December 2011 for $13 million.
