The Spanish multinational MAPFRE Assistance has signed a lease for its new headquarters office in Lisbon. The travel insurance provider took two floors in Edificio Europa (Europe building) located on Avenida Jose Malhoa. The space is made up of modular units that are designed to match the way the company has revamped its customer service strategy. The new lease is for 1,100 sqm of space. The company has 250 subsidiaries and has offices across the globe, with a staff of 38,000 employees. Along with travel insurance, the company offers assistance vehicles, home care, medical services and other services targeted at professionals.
