Maracana, a company with activities in the field of transport, warehousing, logistics and distribution, rented 5,000 sqm of logistics space in the MLP Bucharest West park developed in the west of the Capital by the Polish group MLP.
The first phase of MLP Bucharest West has an area of 22,000 sqm, of which 15,000 sqm are already rented. At the completion of construction it will have in total 99,000 sqm.
The developer was assisted in concluding the transaction by JLL, which handles the rental process of the project. “This is just the beginning of the partnership between MLP Group and Maracana, given that the new tenant is considering expanding the MLP Bucharest West business by another 5,000 sqm,” says Ionuţ Grigoraş, JLL Romania Industrial Department consultant.
