One Real Estate Investment has hired Marc S. Coleman as President of Development. Coleman joins the company from Newgard Development Group, Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President of Development. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at Crescent Heights and the Related Group of Florida where he oversaw the development of luxury high-rise condominiums in Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, and Fort Lauderdale. Coleman holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Coleman has more than 25 years of experience in development and construction. His experience includes more than $2 billion worth of residential and mixed-use projects, representing millions of square feet of development.
