Marcella Fasulo has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Capital Markets team as a Senior Managing Director. Fasulo, who joins the firm from CBRE, has more than a decade of experience in the New York institutional capital markets business. While at CBRE, Fasulo served as a Senior Vice President and partner on the firm’s New York institutional team, focusing on the sale and recapitalization of office, multi-family, retail and development assets. She is a member of the Sales Broker Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), as well as the Programming Committee for WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lehigh University.
