Colliers International South Florida has named Marcos Puente as Vice President of Investment Sales for its Miami office. Puente has four years of investment sales experience, primarily in net lease and retail properties, and will continue to focus on the retail sector in Miami-Dade. Previously, Puente worked with Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office for four years. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Finance in 2010. Prior to joining Colliers he worked for four years with Marcus & Millichap’s.
