Amstar, the Denver-based real estate private equity investment manager, appointed Marek Jandous vice president of its European team. Jandous will officially start his new job at the beginning of August. He will be primarily focused on new investment opportunities that fit within Amstar’s investment strategies. Most recently, Jandous led LaSalle Investment Management’s asset management operations in Central Europe, where he managed an asset portfolio valued at more than €400m. Jandous also took part in the development of LaSalle’s Central European business and executed upon a number of transactions across the region.
