Marek Niedużak resigned from the position of deputy minister in the Ministry of Regional Development

Marek Niedużak, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Development and Technology (MRiT), resigned from his function with effect on December 31, 2021, the ministry informed.

Deputy Minister Niedużak planned to end his function a few months ago, but work on the implementation of the entrusted tasks meant that his departure from the ministry was postponed until the end of 2021.

In the ministry, he was responsible for the area of ​​legal regulations for entrepreneurs. He supervised, among others legislative work on the act on the so-called Small ZUS, the introduction of the SME Package, the Friendly Law Package, a simple joint-stock company and the new public procurement law. He was also responsible for the preparation of the act on counteracting payment backlogs and the amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies. He coordinated work at the ministry on acts related to the COVID-19 pandemic the first and fourth edition of the government’s anti-crisis shield.
