Plaza Construction has named Maria Molina as Director of Human Resources at its Southeast Regional office located in Miami. Molina has over 15 years of experience and is a certified professional in human resources. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida International University. Brad Meltzer, President of Plaza’s Southeast Region, said “Maria Molina’s depth of experience in managing employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, organizational development and employee retention will be a major asset to Plaza Construction.”
