Avison Young has hired Mariano Perez as vice president of its Coral Gables office. In his new role, Perez will expand the company’s debt and equity services throughout the Florida region as well as the regional joint-venture and structured-finance platforms. Prior or joining Avison Young, he was assistant vice president of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and has held positions at Transwestern Commercial Services, Newmark Knight Frank and Cruiser Capital Advisors.
