The construction company Maristar Com, which rehabilitates the Cernavodă bridge, controlled by businessman Cristian Stancu, is preparing a new major residential project, on a land of almost 6.5 hectares recently purchased in Ploiești municipality, Prahova county.
The MRS Residence GARDINILE project, with a total value of EUR 120 million, will also be served by an underground network of streets, and most of the parking spaces will be underground. Covering an area of over 42,000 sqm, it will be one of the largest residential underground car parks in the country.
“We chose to build one of the largest underground parking lots in the country, because we want to increase the percentage of green spaces in Ploiesti. The solution used will transform the surface perimeter of the neighborhood into a huge botanical garden, populated with diverse species of trees and plants. Thus, approximately 50,000 sqm, i.e. 85 percent of the land area related to the project, are intended for the construction of blocks, pedestrian alleys and green spaces”, the company said.
