Markant takes 1,300 sqm of offices in Plac Unii

The Swiss trading company Markant took 1,300 sqm of office space at the Plac Unii project in Warsaw. One of the biggest service providers on the European retail market, the company will move into the building in the second quarter of 2015.
“We are glad Plac Unii has fulfilled all the needs of Markant in terms of quality and flexibility of office space, which is substantial on the competitive Warsaw market,” said Kamila Zębik, managing partner at Liebrecht & wooD, the project’s owner.

Located in the city’s Mokotów district, Plac Unii offers 41,300 sqm of offices as well as a three-storey 15,500 sqm shopping center. The tenant list includes ING, Dalkia Polska, Work Service, HRS, A+E Networks Poland, the Polish Association of Developers and Sociomantic Labs.
