In 2013, the total take-up in modern office buildings amounted to 276,500 sqm, representing an increase of over 35% compared to 2012. The second half of 2013 only brought the delivery of a single building: the first phase of Floreasca Park, 37,500 sq m already 90% pre-let by The Advisers/ Knight Frank. However, in line with the increasing demand, the total new supply of 2013 reached nearly 120,000 sqm, a figure 50% higher than the new supply registered throughout 2012, of 80,000 sqm.
