The IT and networking company Marlink has leased 1,400 sqm of office space in Westend Plazza, J&T Real Estate’s new office development. Marlink will be able to fit its entire local team into its new headquarters. āLuckily we managed to agree on terms in due course despite of COVID virus pandemic period, which was challenging,ā concludes Richard Reken, Leasing Manager for JTRE Slovakia. The deal was run and negotiated by Modesta Real Estate. Peter Miscik, a partner at the agency said Westend Plazza met all of Marlink’s criteria, including the specification, parking, flexible space and the ability to place satellite dishes on the roof. Marlink will officially launch its new offices in March 2021.
