Marriott re-signs Rena Hozore Reiss to top legal position

Marriott International has appointed Rena Hozore Reiss Executive Vice President and General Counsel to Marriott International where she will also be a member of the company’s executive team. Reiss had served recently as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. She returns to Marriott where she worked in the company’s Law Department for ten years, holding the position of Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Reiss received her A.B. from Princeton University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She sits on the Georgetown University Hospitality Law Advisory Board and was Hyatt’s representative on the Board of Directors of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
