The Marsilio Group has received a $3.15 million loan for refinancing and tenant improvements of a two-property, multi-tenant industrial portfolio in Stratford, Connecticut. The financing for both properties, located on Lordship Boulevard, was secured from Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group. The first property consists of a 28,353 sqf office/warehouse building comprised of four separate tenant spaces, including three warehouse units. The buildings are occupied by FedEx, Rexel, Inc. and All My Sons Moving & Storage, along with office space occupied by the American Institute for Healthcare and Technology. The second property is a 32,000 sqf office and warehouse space fully leased to FedEx. Washington Trust Senior VP Julie Anne Slom said the property enjoyed strong access to route 95 and was attractive to service-oriented tenants.
