Colliers International Czech Republic has appointed Vendula Marsova, MRICS, as its new Head of Valuation and Advisory Services. Vendula will focus on driving growth for the division while improving client experience and developing relationships. She has over 10 years of valuation experience and has undertaken and coordinated appraisals of all types of commercial properties and large real estate portfolios. She joins Colliers International from JLL where she was Senior Valuer position since January 2010. Her list of clients includes CBRE GI, Pradera, NEPI, Wood and Co, Amundi, CTP, Crestyl, HB Reavis, Immofinanz, J&T, Prologis, Skanska, Gramercy and others.
