Marta Pyziak has been appointed head of Cresa’s newly opened office in Łódź. She has 12 years of real estate experience. Pyziak previously worked for JLL, where she headed the company’s first Łódź office. During her time at Dell, Pyziak was a member of the team responsible for developing global strategies for project locations and property management in Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Baltic states and Ukraine. She also co-created the investor relations department in the City of Łódź and was a board member of the Łódź Property Managers Association. Cresa has offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Tricity and Łódź.
