CBRE is pleased to announce that their CZ Industrial Team successfully assisted MARTEK MEDICAL a.s. with a lease of 2,500 sqm at Airport Logistics Park. The park is currently managed by Panattoni Europe and is owned by Pramerica Real Estate Investors. Martek Medical a.s. is the biggest distributor of medical materials in the Czech Republic. The transaction was completed in Q2 2012.
