Martin Bendík, the partner of Wilsons, one of the Czech and Slovak Republics’ leading independent law firms, has been named the ‘Lawyer of the Year – Real Estate’ in the 2017 LawyerIssue Awards.
Martin Bendík, a partner and one of the co-founders of Wilsons, has been practicing law since 1998. Martin has exceptionally strong real estate expertise, particularly in the management and structure of the sale and acquisition of office and retail space, green-field and brown-field development, and in logistics and residential investment projects. Martin has previously advised on acquisitions and disposals for numerous investors and developers including Atrium ( the acquisition of a 75 percent stake in Arkády Pankrác), Invesco, Immofinanz, Immorent, funds of Česká spořitelna, Mint and Caerus.
