Martin Bendík from Wilson & Partners, one of the leading independent law firms in the Czech and Slovak Republics, was among the speakers at CEDEM Real Estate Investment Summit, which was held 22-23 September 2016 in the Hotel Marriott in Prague.
Martin Bendík moderated the panel discussion “Running out of Land and People for Industrial?”, exploring the increasing difficulties faced by developers of logistics schemes to find locations that offer both sufficient land, as well as access to large enough labor pools. „It was a rare opportunity to listen to real experts talking about the newest trends in logistics,” Martin Bendík commented.
The panel was part of the the Day 2 of CEDEM Real Estate Investment Summit, which was held for the first time in the Czech language, with simultaneous translation provided. The morning’s Keynote Address was delivered by Eva Jiřičná, the renowned London-based architect.
