Martin Slabbert left NEPI

Martin Slabbert, founder of NEPI, resigned as Chief Executive Officer and left the Board of Directors of the Company. Joining him, Victor Semyonov also left the company and resigned from the position of Chief Operating Officer. The new CEO is Alexandru Morar, the company’s formerly executive director. According to a statement released by NEPI, all these changes are implemented with immediate effect.

“The main objective of my mandate is to continue growth and to expand our investments so as to strengthen our leadership position,” said Alex Morar, the new CEO NEPI.
NEPI’s Romanian portfolio includes shopping centers Mega Mall, Promenade and Vulcan Value Center in Bucharest, City Park Constanţa, Ploieşti Shopping City, Brăila Mall, Galaţi Shopping City si Value Center, and office buildings Floreasca Business Park, The Lakeview in Bucharest City Business Centre Timisoara.
