Marvel Realtors acquired a 3-acre land parcel on Boat Club Road in Puner, India, in an auction by the German government. Marvel Realtors is planning to secure building permits for the land within six months and hopes to complete construction of premium residential apartments within four years. The company has partnered with Piramal Fund Management, and both companies will hold an equal stake in the scheme.
