Marvipol counts on record flat sales in 2024

19 March 2024

Marvipol Development sees great potential to expand its offer and counts that the current year will be a record year in terms of flat sales, said deputy CEO Andrzej Nizio.

“For this year I still assume that we will be able to introduce about 2-3 new projects for sale, so we are counting that this year, in terms of the level of sales, will really be a record year as far as the company is concerned,” Nizio said during the press conference.

“We entered 2024 with 560 residential units on offer. The potential of what is in our plans is to practically double that,” he added.

In 2023. Marvipol Development Group concluded 661 agreements for the sale of flats, commercial premises and investment premises (including 24 agreements for the sale of investment premises in Unique Apartments).

CFO Maciej Kiełkowski further informed that the company will aim to achieve gross margins in the residential segment in the near future in the range of 20%.

“2024 and 2025 are locations that we started selling back in the previous year and I said […] that [margins] will generally not be some kind of revelation. I was talking about a level of 20% or slightly below. Generally we will want the margin to be within 20%. Rotunda Dynasy, which is a high-margin project, plays a big role in the margin mix, so the more we manage to sell units in this project, the more positively it will affect this indicator,” – Kiełkowski said when asked about the expected gross margin in 2024 and 2025.
