Marvipol Development has signed a package of documents regarding the implementation and financing of a warehouse project near Katowice, the company said.
As part of the above-mentioned documents, the company Zynwalin Investments Sp. Z oo with its registered office in Warsaw (special purpose vehicle), which during the project implementation – subject to obtaining the required consent of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection – will become a joint venture of Marvipol Logistics SA – the issuer’s subsidiary and PG Dutch Holding I BV (a company incorporated under Dutch law), signed a developer agreement with Panattoni Development Europe Sp. The special purpose vehicle will conclude a contract for construction works. Moreover, the issuer explains that the implementation of the project requires obtaining the necessary administrative permits.
In addition, Marvipol Logistics has concluded a loan agreement with the special purpose vehicle, under which it will grant it a loan of up to EUR 10.41 million for the purpose of financing the purchase of the property on which the project is to be implemented and the project implementation.
