American insurer Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) leased 1,700 sqm class A office space (the first floor) in Record Park in Cluj-Napoca. The company is currently in full recruitment campaign, looking to attract over 100 talents in software development, data science and engineering, complementing the original Bucharest operation set-up last year in January in center-West capital.

With MassMutual moving in, Record Park reaches the 94% leasing dash, adding the powerful international name to an extensive line-up of tenants, amongst which MHP Porsche, Yardi, World Class or Stradale.
