Master Blenders 1753 signs lease at Alkotás Point

Coffee and tea distributor D.E. Master Blenders 1753 took 877 sqm of office space at Alkotás Point in Budapest. The property, situated at the corner of Alkotás, Győri and Csörsz streets, is owned by Heitman and managed by AIG/Lincoln. The investment offers 25,000 sqm on the seven floors.
“The central Buda location, the green environment and ample services available in the area played a major role in the selection of the new headquarters of D.E. Master Blenders,” said Judit Varga, the head of office agency at CBRE, which represented the landlord. D.E. Master Blenders 1753 owns Douwe Egberts Omnia, Senseo and Pickwick.
