Master Management Group is developing a multifunctional commercial, office and hotel complex at the intersection of Piotrkowska and Mickiewicza streets in central Łódź. The design for Piotrkowska 155 is in line with BREEAM certification requirements. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2018. The scheme will offer a total of 25,000 sqm of office and commercial space, including shops, cafes, restaurants, a drugstore, a fitness center and medical clinic. “Hampton by Hilton with its conference functions, will serve as a magnet for both business and leisure travelers,” said Justyna Drużyńska-Krystosiak, director of office operations at Master Management Group.
