The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Masterflex, the connector and hose systems company, was held in the Schloss Horst in Gelsenkirchen with a higher number of shareholders in attendance than usual. The Supervisory Board members proposed by the management, Dr Gerson Link and Jan van der Zouw, were elected by the AGM with a large majority. In addition, Bischoping was also elected as honorary chairman of the Supervisory Board, with Georg van Hall elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
