Masterplast, a leading Hungarian producer and distributor of construction industry products, is building a new factory in Lemberg, Ukraine. The investment is to cost €1.4m, and manufacturing might start in the spring of 2013. The company’s long-term plan is to become the third biggest company on the Ukrainian market within three years. Its most recent investment was in Sepsiszentgyörgy, Romania, where it built a €1.6m facility. Masterplast is present in 15 countries, with over 700 employees.
