The Airpark Industrial Center in Gaithersburg, MD. has been acquired by the Matan Companies for an undisclosed amount. The 78,164 square foot industrial park consists of three buildings, a 47,878 sqf warehouse, a 21,780 sqf warehouse, and an 8,506 sqf retail building. Located at at 7650-7750 Airpark Drive on a 5.4acre site, the property was vacant at the time of acquisition. The Seller, Office Paper Systems, had used the property as its headquarters since 1999, handling all mixed-paper recycling activities for Montgomery County at the site before leaving the recycling business this year.
