Mateusz Polkowski was named head of research and consulting for the CEE region at JLL. Polkowski will be responsible for preparing long-term development plans for the company’s teams in Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic. He joined JLL in 2007. “Mateusz has been managing JLL’s Polish research and consulting department for three years, and during this time, he has helped to strengthen our position as the most reliable source of analysis regarding Poland’s real estate market,” said Tomasz Trzoslo, managing director of Poland and CEE at JLL. “His promotion is a very important step in the further development of these competences in the other countries of the region where we are present. It will also allow for greater integration and cooperation between all five markets.”
