Federal Capital Partners has announced that Matt Valentini has joined the firm as Vice President of Development, a newly created position for the equity firm. In his new role, Valentini will lead FCP’s development management team, overseeing the firm’s ground-up development and redevelopment activities in markets throughout the East Coast. Valentini joins FCP after serving as Vice President, Development Manager at JBG for 12 years and four years in Toll Brothers’ homebuilding operation in Northern Virginia. A native of upstate New York, Valentini holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins and a BA from the University of Chicago.
