CBRE has announced the hiring of Matt Watson to the position of Vice President for CBREās office brokerage group in Tampa. With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Watson will be involved in both landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining CBRE, Watson served as Director of Leasing for Cardinal Point Management, and served as a leasing representative for Highwoods Properties in Tampa and for First Industrial Realty Trust in Central Florida and Ohio. Watson holds a Bachelorās degree in Business Management from Indiana State University.
