Matthew Sparks was named senior managing director at GFI Realty. In his new role, Sparks will oversee investment sales activity for the company’s multifamily portfolio across New York City. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a principal at Eastern Consolidated and previously served as a managing partner at ERG Property Advisors. “Matthew is one of the city’s most well-established middle-market investment sales brokers, with an unparalleled understanding of every type of multifamily product and experience arranging deals in all five boroughs,” said Michael Weiser, president of GFI Realty Services.
