Maurer Imobiliare expects to deliver an additional five housing blocks to its Avantgarden 3 residential project by the end of the year. The new housing blocks will add 398 apartments to the Brasov market.
Located in the city’s new Brasov-Avantgarden district, Avantgarden 3 will offer more than 3,500 apartments in three stages. There are currently 1,670 completed apartments. The second stage, going up on 5 ha, will include 1,200 apartments, and the final stage, on 3.4 ha, will include 700 units. The first stage cost Maurer Imobiliare about €45m. The next two stages are expected to cost an additional €48m.
