Maurer Imobiliare Cluj broke ground on its Maurer Panoramic residential project in the center of Cluj-Napoca. The excavation phase of the project was completed in April, and the first foundation beams have been poured. The 74-meter scheme will offer luxury apartments as well as commercial and office space over 21 floors. The property will also provide underground parking on five levels.
