Hungarian railway company MÁV is to recruit new management through tenders, according to a recent announcement on its web site. The company is searching for 23 employees for leading positions in the state-owned giant. All indications are that the majority of the company’s leadership will be dismissed, with only the CEO, vice CEO, Human Resources chief and security chief staying on. From the beginning of November, the company will carry out structural and operational reforms as well. Professionals from outside the company can apply for the jobs as well, according to the official announcement, in an effort to bring in new ideas and faces.
