Homeware retailer Max-Fliz has leased 7,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Kraków IV in Skawina. Cresa Poland represented the tenant during the lease process. Panattoni Park Krakow IV is located 15 km from downtown Kraków and offers 33,000 sqm of leasable space. Justyna Kononowicz, leasing manager at Panattoni Europe, says the Lesser Poland property is ideally situated, enjoying easy access to Silesia, Wrocław and Germany via its direct link to the A4 motorway.
