Maxfliz has renegotiated its lease at Prologis Park Wrocław III. The homeware retailer was represented by Cresa Poland. “We have been present in Wrocław since 2009. We are pleased that Lower Silesians have fallen in love with design, and we can quickly deliver top-quality products thanks to the good connection between our urban warehouse and our central facility near Kraków. Our order fulfilment process has been significantly streamlined by continuous road improvements across Poland,” said Jakub Stróżyński of Maxfliz.
